Back to Basics. Classic circuit training with enough variety to keep you body guessing. New formats and exercises make appearances, but the core element of these workouts are built around traditional movements.

Sunday Funday

Workouts don’t always have to be serious, especially on Sunday’s! Competitive, active and fun fitness games make this “workout” fly by. By the end, you’re dripping sweat, wondering where the time went, and asking for more!

Below The Belt

Class targets everything below the belt — Abs, Butt, Legs.  Combined with weights and the use of the step for a killer lower body workout.

Tabata

Short, Sweet and to the Point! 20 seconds of explosive movement of cardio and/or weight training followed by 10 of rest for a total of 8 sets per Cycle. Definitely a calorie burner!

Body Bar Blast

Using primarily the weighted bar with repetition to muscle failure, Body Bar Blast gives you a total body workout. Each music track is designated for certain muscle groups. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated and ready to come back for more!  

Body Band Blast

A class favorite according to some of the Limitless clientele! Rock out with the band! Pumping iron is great, but to get most out of resistance training, sometimes you need to mix it up! Burn a little rubber (and a lot of fat) with resistance bands and light cardio training. Add some core strengthening and you will be sure to have a blast with this class!

Step n Sculpt

An old-school favorite class with a modern flair.   The class incorporates some simple athletic moves with intervals of weight training for a total body workout.
